I bought the CD 'Punk Goes Pop: Volume 2' and it has a cover of this song by the alternative rock/punk band 'There for Tomorrow.' Now, after hearing the punk version of the song I can truly appreciate the emotion it evokes, whereas before I wouldn't give this song the time of day because I can't stand the R&B side of today's music. It's interesting how a matter of taste can help you understand something.
