This is a really nice video. However,I can't even get started with my PS CS4. The weird thing is that everytime I click 'new' I get a black screen or weird horizontal,vertical and diagonal lines. Basically what you do is take a selection tool or the pen tool and select the head then click Control + T and you can re-size it. You can also add like shadows to make it look real.

Then select "Reset all Warning Dialogos"

That should do the trick, providing you havnt already solved this....
