LOL at the dust mask, Yes those things have some toxic compounds in the phosphor screen dots, but not enough of that was released to be fatal or even cause lung problems (I saw only a TINY wiff of dust waft upward after breaking the tube). Dust mask = overreaction , similar to calling in the hazmat squad and and full evacuation of a school after the nurse drops and breaks a mercury thermometer by accident.

It's usually a sledgehammer, but in this you do see a mini-sledge, a pipe wrench, an LCD TV, a chair/stool.....the detached seat from the stool.....ALL GREAT PROJECTILES to substitute for a remote.

When you have to turn your TV off, sometimes you grab whatever is at hand.

For the record, I love this show.....me killing a dying TV isn't a statement of dislike towards the show.
