Thanks! It was fun to not worry about the length of the video until after it was recorded. We expected it to be maybe 2 or 3 parts...not a total of SIX! It was fun to do though, and in the end, we did it for ourselves as a recap of the trip.

It's funny that you mention the border questioning. All of my friends who went had the exact same issue. You'd think that they probably heard it enough times that they'd eventually "get it".

Thanks Michael! Mike is a great guy and a really good friend. Carpooling with him and sharing a hotel room was really the only way I could make it swing financially. And even then it got tight. But it was ALL worth it!

This is so EXACTLY what I wanted to do...and the back and forth is a nice memory for me and I think makes the time seem faster. In the end, this is just for MIke and I. If others enjoy it, cool. I know I have told you this before, but I am so glad you see the big picture (and Mike, too) and realize you can't let it bother you. Some people left YT while you were gone and I am never mad at who "runs them off" as much as I am furious that they let some bully win and they leave. That's so high school and you never see the high school kids here doing that.

The "weaning" off from this weekend was helpful as we got to spend an extra day with the 712s and Jane and Heather. The depression, and I hate to call it that, but I started to feel it as I backed out of Mary Ann's driveway yesterday afternoon.

Yesterday MIke called the hotel twice to extend our stay, just so we could ween this off as long as possible. Dropping him off at the airport and then heading back home after being with him for 7 days made for a really long drive. Today at work my mind is still in Toronto with all of you. I'm so happy that we had this weening though vs. just ending it at the hotel!

I can see why you get depressed after you get home, but hope that you'll soon revert to the realization that although these friends are farther away, they are closer because of the technology allowing the closeness from the meet to remain! That was the really cool thing with this...With things like Twitter and Stickam (and now watching the flood of 888 videos that are uploaded), we've been able to stay in touch. Our hearts are all much closer than before, and that's just an amazing, amazing thing! :)

That was definitely an inspiration! Mike and I had MANY long conversations like this either in the car from Chicago all the way to Toronto and back, as well as every night in the hotel. We needed to capture that and do it in an un-edited that felt real. We'll see how many subs drop off because of it! LOL
