Is it true that the kingston SSD have a cloning option that allows to copy even the OS to the new drive?, i'd like to add a 128gb ssd as the primary HD for windows and programs and leave the included 750gb @5400 rpm for media, is this possible?

In the parts manual, it says the laptop supports 160GB SSD and 500GB 7200 9,5 inch dual hard drive combination, is that the maximum you can have?
