PAL is english, and other countries, and NTSC is america, canada etc.
So the best bet would be to choose PAL, i'm just reading up how you can solve this, but what file format do the videos come out as? Because you might just need a simple file converter.
I have a PC also, but the video camera i use, is different, but i had problems at first, let me look further into it, what file format do you need to put the clips into WMM?
bummer, i'd get pretty upset if i lost my cap, worried it might get blown by the wind and thrown over bridge =X

kewl its a kodak M1033 it saves them as Pal or ntsc (you can choose but neither seem to work)

yeah normally but i like edit them first on Movie maker
i should really just get a video camera but thats a tad expensive x
