@xThunderThumbsx CC means Color Correction (Like curves, levels, rgb stuff, things like that) Frame Blending is the slow motion when in after effects you slow it down and it draws in the frames that would be in between the actual gameplay's frames you have. Since Gears 1 runs at 29.97 FPS you can't slow it down too much cuz it frame blends the shit out of it from lack of frames and so it looks really warpy at times.
