If you send Kick, Snare to the group “Drums”, a group of “Drums” to send to the master channel and send to group “NY Comp” and insert a compressor in the group “Drums” and group “NY Comp”, then the delay of signals can be heard as the Phase effect . How to deal with it in FL? In Cubase this is not observed for example.
@SADANMUSIC Hi, there is an automatic plugin delay compensation feature in FL Studio (PDC), but when doing routing like this, you will experience the phasing problem, so in order to deal with it:
Drop exactly same set of plugins to the Drums (dry) and NY Comp (wet) channels, but remember to DISABLE the effects in the Drums (dry) track as you dont want the dry signal to be processed with the compression.
@howtomakeemusic Thank you for your reply! Your advice helped partially solved my problem, but even so I think this is a significant lack of FL Studio. Personally for me
Another nice tutorial. :) (I'm beginning to think about using the same rules from your tutorials with software on Linux. I'll see how much can be done. ;) )
@realcoolking95 LMMS? Yes, I'm learning to use it for a few months now. :) I'm also looking into Qtractor and Ardour. LMMS is a good peace of software and it resembles FL Studio quite a bit. I've been using FL since 2003 so I do have some problems switching. ;)
@howtomakeemusic once again congratulations on another nice tutorial and we're waiting for more. :)
Thanks for the massive tip bro!

@howtomakeemusic I found that awesome modern plugins from antress got compressor which can do parallel compression in it self.

Here's a quik way to send your sounds to their own channels.
1. Make sure the green lights are all on. (just touch one of them)
2. Go to the Mixer and right click on the first channel (not the master)
3. Click on "link Selected channels" >"Starting from this track."
4. Bam thats it! Nice tut.

Dude, you an LMMS user?? Love that software, Just as good as FL, live, Logic ect IMO. All it needs is real audio channels. =p
