  • nope, not worth ejaculating over. in fact, hardly worth any praise at all. i bet you could present this to even a typical patton fanboy without telling him mike's involved, and they'd shrug it off as generic boring garbage. same bassline for 7 minutes with wailing, sampling and noise all over it? OMFG GENIUOISGHSj

  • i dont care who is on that vid, i just dont like it. you can like it though. i wont hate u, that would be really silly. its like blaming someone and calling someone names because they dont like..ehm.. lets see..broccoli? i love broccoli. i know.. now you must really hate me... i apologize xD

  • Different strokes for different folks. The fact that this is most probably live improve is why I love it. How many bands could have a random jam this good?

  • patton = genius

  • Lol it certainly is easy to point out who the Wolfmother fans are here. No concept of what's going on musically here at all. Duuurrr I don't get it. Where are the words at for the singing? Durrrrrr *wipes slobber off mouth*

  • @MetalChickenDragon2 or maybe they just don't like it?

  • what a piece of shit..

  • he says wolfmother sucks....... listen to him! jesus this made my ears bleed.

  • People should be on drugs for this, like in 60.-ies. i mean, this is.. he is... totally crazy. Even if you think he's a perfomer, he is still crazy.

    Fortunatelly, he's very interesting. :).

  • don't get why there is so much hate on wolfmother?

  • @bunnykingIII who knows, wolfmothr has some awesome music. people need to pick up a guitar and try writing music and see how hard it is. chances are, people that hate are the ones who cant play an instrument for their life...

  • @dacrazy07 Music isn't hard, it's as sophisticated as you want it to be and it doesn't have to be sophisticated to be appreciated.

  • I bet they left Wolfmother because of Mike Patton.

  • thank god my eardrums exploded.... blissful silence and no obnoxious screeching.

  • why does his style need a name?

if its good just enjoy it.

there is beauty in simplicity, why do people always try to label something.

who gives a shit what genre it is?

  • oh HELLZYEAH!

  • Thank you so much for recording this and uploading it. still one of my top ten best moments to this day @IndependentSF!! :D

  • CRAP!!!

  • wow mike patton is hating on wolfmother and he plays shit like this? what the fuck is this shit it blows cock fuck mike patton. what is this anyway it sucks

  • @dccorvette1 you are retarded /end

  • @dccorvette1

you obviously don't know good music.

  • ummm...this is simply big beat/breakbeat from the mid 90s (with heavier drums and some guy screaming). Bands like this were a dime a dozen back then.

  • I like to call this genre "amazingmusic"

  • animaaaal!

  • hahahaahahahahahaahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahaah............breathe breathe ....... hahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.... breathe... hahahahaahahahahahahahah... pass out

  • The combo fucking rocks

  • Wolfmother and Mike Patton working together this video should have made peace with Wolfmother fans and Mike Patton fans, but its not popular enough, get this video MORE VIEWS.

  • @dekal1: I get out plenty, thanks. Some people's musical tastes are just more adventurous. If you don't like this, I can't imagine what you'd think of A.C. or Merzbow.

  • no really.. what the fuck is mike pattons role here..? you call this talent?? you guys are the ones that deserve to get your ears fucking removed!! the music is hella sick but for you dumb fucks to glorify a jack ass like patton for SCREAMING along to a sick rhythm track is ridicules!! Wow you guys need to get out more often..

  • @dekal1 I Would LOVE to see you up there and try something as "talentless" as this.... if you think this is fucking easy you are a retard.....if you just dont like it thats simply your personal taste, which you dont seem to have much of....and is meaningless in terms of of this performance's value.

  • -_- Kick. Ass.

  • Chris and Myles made a good decision leaving Wolfmother.

    This is more original.

  • @wolfmother70 Yeah, cuz if you're not on the radio or TV, you MUST be a talentless douche! Makes sense to me. I must follow the rest of the mindless herd because I don't know how to have an original thought of my own. I need MTV to tell me what to like...

  • @wolfmother70 somebody needs to surgically remove your ears. you have lost the privilege of hearing.

  • Comment removed

  • @wolfmother70 Fucking sheep, hes not on Tv or Radio so he must suck. Ya real unique thought process

  • @wolfmother70 please don't talk about music, you're embarrassing your self.

  • @wolfmother70 you have no idea what you are talking about. mike patton is a living legend. i think that if he really wanted he could be in radio 24/7

  • @wolfmother70 then you clearly have not heard of a band called Faith No More.

  • @wolfmother70 The more an artist is on tv and radio the more likely it is that they are a talentless douche! eg. wolfmother. the music on radio has nothing to do with art or musicianship, its about appealing to stupid fucks like you who have no taste and will throw your money at worthless hacks!

  • @wolfmother70 lmao it's because he doesn't make recycled radio-friendly pap, ya fool!

  • @wolfmother70 NEWS FLASH ~ 99.9% of the shit played on the radio fucking sucks and the rest of us are tortured with substandard music because of mindless little breeders like you. This isn't Patton’s best work, check out some of his other stuff before you make another uneducated dumbass comment. Seriously, have some respect and listen to some of the bands Wolfmother stole their sound from.

  • What's wrong with the audience? JUMP!

  • hesketh and ross were a really good

rhythm section they sounded alot like

    Baker/ Bruce. haha.

they were too good for that crappy

    wolfmother shit.

  • Filho da puta! du caralho essa poooorrraaa!

  • @samplervagabundo

    that sounds really dirty....

  • Mike is the man and the tandom of Ross and Heskett diserved much better music than they got with wolfmother. This is truly original stuff and its good to see that the ex-wolfmother rhythm section are getting their due. God this is good music but I don't even know what to call it. house meets metal meets industrial meets symphonic meets turntable. Whatever it is I like it.

  • @scottjones61 why do you have to call it something? its just music bro

  • @jolleyrulz because people dont say , "hey, do you want to go to a music show?", they say "hey, do you wanna got to an industrial show or a rock show, or a country show or a classic show, or a rap show or a triphop show, or a deathmetal show, or a happyhardcore show, or a punk show, or a piano soloists show,... do I need to go on in order to explain why music has labels. I hope not cuz its obvious son

  • @charlieclockwerk i understand the reason music has labels i guess, but i really dislike that people always want to label everything. i feel like people are unable to just enjoy/recognize things for what they truly are. mike pattons music is mike pattons music. it isn't trying to be anything other than that. now music like ac/dc, THAT can be labeled very easily in my mind because ac/dc only has one song, rewritten 75 times.

  • @jolleyrulz Saying that "Mike Patton's music is Mike Patton's music" is labeling his music as his own, am I wrong? Labels are necessary in a sense that certain sounds are distinctively different, others subtly so. I could say all metal is loud lead guitar, heavy distortion, and badass singing in all octaves - but then would Om be considered metal? When a musical group becomes too attached with a label it is a problem (like most Thrash bands), but in general there is nothing wrong with it.

  • Holy cow, this shit is DOPE. Gotta have to download the album.

  • Ace. Just ace.

  • oh yea! i was hoping some one would post this good and evil on here. mike patton sounds furious on this track! when i saw the band in vancouver we weren't lucky enough to have patton on the stage... i think? when they came to the 4:44 part the speed was slowed further down when they played live

  • cool, nice to see the full version

  • Great!

  • ZARPAAAADOOOOO!!!!

  • GRRRRACIIIASSSS!
