what i want 2 no is wat does the update even do? In otherword, what is the purpose for upgrading? Does it give you more software or does it simply block all the flashcards in which many were probably still aware of because they did the same thing last time! you gotta download this software that isn't sponsored by acekard (i dont have the link, just google acekard 2i 1.4 fix or something), and update it on a ds lite or ds original. then it sjhould work on dsi....hope this helps. :)

When Nintendo updates the firmware, Acekard will probably release an update to their "firmware", by "firmware" I mean the core files within your AK2i.
