@sermon1000 This is a parachute with a motor on it, not a fixed wing aircraft. You can have a commercial license and still you need a license for paragliding. Its totally different. This can be as/more challenging than flying cessna 182s because you need to know about winds, speed, alltitude, navigation and other things without a panal or instruments. Dont be lazy/and or illigal and just take the course its really cheap and takes as little as 5 days.

Hi WatchRyder,

Life jackets can be in some cases worst than having nothing in the water with a paramotor, as your belts can be really tigthened, and hidden by the life jacket. Génerally, we rent a speed boat, able to pick us up in the minute if we have a motorcut. Of course, the best solution is not to fly over water :)
