  • Hello, My name is Courtney and I am 10 years old. I am very short for my age and that causes for most of my fat to come out and show on my stomach and legs plus my arms. Please do a fitness routine to help me lose all of that. i currently weigh 97.0 and my goal is 75 pounds like all my friends. Please do this for me so i can fell confident in being beautiful in myself. Plus please don't say i don't need to lose weight cause i am a kid i have heard that to many times. Please!!!!!!

  • that fat will disappear in growth, just run. This video will just build you some little muscles.

  • @Singing4Life3 No but seriously, you don't need to loose weight because you're a kid. I was the same way when i was your age and so was my younger brother. It's just puppy fat. As long as you live a healthy lifestyle then you'll grow out of it. Seriously.

  • I do something pretty similar one day a week except I replace lunges with pushups to failure to hit the chest. 3 exercises back to back, 5 sets. This workout supplements my 3 regular weight training days. It really does get that heart pumping pretty darn well.
