Turn off the tea timer.it slows down ur pc,& it's not good if you have another program running real time.they will conflict because the tea timer is constantly running in the back ground.the free mse is running real time.free malwarebytes is not running real time,so it's safe to have both programs,but I wouldnt run them both at the same time.spybot is awesome! I have Avira, AVG, Avast, SuperAnti Spyware, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and you know what I have to say about each one. They are all pieces of crap. I run each one and its so damn sad I have to install new programs all the damn time to keep my pc safe. I really hope this help because I'm trying to remove IE Hijacker, Trojan.Agent, Rogue. VistaAntivirus2010, Browser Hijacker, & IE Injector but none of these dumb programs remove them. But when I use Adware Away it finds them but I have to pay :'(

But you will have to run it in safe mode to be affective.

sounds like your windows installer is messed up, try going to windows update and make sure you are updated, or just google search (installer 3.1) and get the latest version

it is better to run in safe mode because if you do have a stubborn virus it may not be running in safe mode.

yes it does but thats where a virus will hide when you delete one, you can turn it back on after you restart and create a new restore point.
