Okay.....
The word Dude still has one definition, you simply added other words after the word dude.
You mainly used the word Dude as "Man" or "Hey" but you changed the expression with the tone of your voice.

Dude! Lol, I use the word 'dude' for everything. Another example is as a form of greeting or even as a (I forget the name so I'll just say "pointing word").
