that may be, but in my opinion, i liked her voice better when it was more powerful, and she cld still hit those high notes. somehow, in my opinion, it just seems a little weak and wavery now.

It was deeper, lower, and "stronger sounding" when she was a teenager because that is how the voice matures. Women's voices get higher over time. That's normal. Plus, all of the songs she has sung for her records have been high and I imagine singing the same high songs for all those concerts forces you to train those chords to actually BE higher. My voice started out lower, too, and I don't drink.
