the namco guns with kickback are the way to play this, but now that it's near impossible to find the arcade game, i'd grab a PC Light gun. using a mouse just doesn't do a gun game like this justice.

This was awesome, i remember having this and i think there was point blank 2 aswell? me and my mate used to play it at home and when we went round to each others house at the weekends we used to play for hours seeing who can get the highest scores etc lol or we did a whole game and see who can get the highest game score, was loads of fun

I remember playing this game everyday after school during summer school in 2000, and when I joined my high school's air riflery team, the vets on the team thought I was really good for a first yr and when one of the coaches asked me how I got to be good, I told him I played point black during the summer. My coach thought I played slient scope =)

Nice effort, but I am still better than you at this game. My best score is 168,289. Also, I was able to shoot all the fireworks (it is possible, but it is very difficult to do because the accuracy has to be exact).

Ok maybe i cant do better on the computer or whatev your are playin on but im my local arcade they have this game and i only play on the very hard which is all the very hard levels, also it is so easy on comp if you can move cause all the accuracy level just mean u put the mouse there and leave it... try doing it with a gun with kickback also I wouldnt have missed that guy holding a hostage on the first attempt
