i was in weverton and happers farry today. with in 3 hours i saw 5 csx. 1 in weverton. 1 on the c&o canal. and three in harpers farry. to bad they didnt come wen i was walking accross the bridge.
Nice Conrail power and horn! I agree with you, Harpers Ferry is a must-visit for any railfan. Shenandoah Junction just west of there is a nice spot too, where NS's Lurgan Branch crosses over the CSX mainline. Nice vid!
@hhp8 i believe some remnants of the B&O are in Brunswick where there are CPL's by the yard. Unless they have replaced them since my last visit a little under a year ago.
great, I have yet to check out Harpers ferry, by the way, did you know that this line once belonged to Baltimore and Ohio railroad and its used today by Amtrak(capitol limited) and CSX(Metropolitan sub)
i always film there u can see that in my vids

I have never been to harpers ferry, but it will be cool to go, by the way, did you know that line is a former Baltimore and Ohio rail line.

yes I did, it's actually the Cumberland Sub here, the Metropolitan Sub ends at Weverton, which is on the west end of Brunswick Yard
