this game needs a remake so bad, I'd buy it. Everything about the atmosphere, dialogue, stories and enemies were just so appealing to me, enough so I've replayed the game even recently (makes me LOL when I open the automap and it comes up instantly, back in the day it took probably about 15-25 seconds to open ;P)

@sinephase Oh yes a Remake would be so awesome @.@ But sadly they don't make RPG's like that anymore .... if they remake this game I could most likely start a romance with the Undead Female Paladin or something *shivers*

And instead of fighting I "Dialogue Tree" the monsters to death ;P

it's like he's min/maxing in this game... where you get exp for doing the quest, lol

@YinYangTzu Well main reason I didn't take her with me was so she wouldn't die ... dropping a Lifeless Body of a resident in the middle of the Town square won't help me to get on the good sides of the other Townspeople ;P

@Elanarae lol, no i know the reason. i've played it before. but the idea is that you just take her to safety then go back and clear the rest. you dont actually talk to most townspeople in the game so i don't think it would matter much if she died anyway.

...im just sayin, sounds like lost exp to me, hahah

@Elanarae haha, fair enough. it has been a while. she must be there for some reason though. if not exp, she might give you an item or something, but then again it could be something not worth it.

haha, hey, who you calling noob? i beat the game ages ago and still remembered that you don't actually talk to most people in the town, nor do they turn on you and kick you out if the girl dies.

as far as old dnd games go... we're not leet, we're leg ;-) lol, gl with rest of game. the troll rocks

And the "Dumping a dead body in the middle of the Town Square" part wasn't serious ^^ I doubt it affects anything ... then again perhaps they won't like you in the Town meeting if she isn't there, not sure.

Is it possible to map the attack buttons to the keyboard instead of having to move the mouse back and forth clicking between each characters weapons to attack?

how can i run SP on winxp ? im installing it from cd then im using dosbox and i have window showing "dos/4gw.... something" and the screen is going black and nothing happens :( the same thing is happening when im not using dosbox.

hmmm, well I installed it with the dosbox command line.

Just start dosbox with D-Fend or something and type:

mount d d:\ (if your CD Drive is D:\)

mount c:c:\ (if you want to install it in C:)

then you start the install with dosbox and install it normal.

That's what I did with Vista, no idea if that works all the time.

Even though the sound is still tough to hear its a lot easier to understand the game with you reading the stuff out :D
