While interplanetary travel is very likely in the near future - it is almost next to impossible (unless there is some massive intervention!) to achieve interstellar travel.
Sometimes I feel sad to know that we won't be exploring (personally) extraterrestrial planets in my lifetime. Then I remember how wonderful it is to live during the dawn of the space exploration, when our thirst for knowledge of what's out there hasn't been satiated yet. Instead of feeling sorry for ourselves, we have the power to pave the way into space, and give the opportunity to our children of knowing what we cannot know now.
you need a spaceship capable of achieving warp factor 1 to go there.. not to mention the question on how to avoid any kind of trouble when you crossing the romulan neutral zone... haha

i appreciate the animation, but why was diffused star light added to empty space as if there was an atmosphere between the planets?

@BongLeach
It's just a simulation of optical "lens flare"!

@kaptugan They're all probably gas giants, so unless we're talking about giant, hydrogen-breathing jellyfish in some science-fiction novel, no.

@enzuber : If I had to guess, and this is only a guess, I'd say Jonn Serrie. His music sounds just like this vid, even if the music isn't him.
