do they still come with high carbon surgical stainless steel handles? im a sales rep for cutco and we only offer thermo-resin handles, which IS better than the metal, but this is just out of curiosity so i can give my customers more variety.

@therachsrambles i would call that the "chopper" but yes- i've heard they work very well to dispatch enemies
