I havn't played this game yet but I noticed that the second person's Hi-Ougi is really similar to Tear Grants' FORTUNE'S ARK and the sixth person's Hi-Ougi similar to Luke fon Fabre's RADIANT HOWL. Luke and Tear are from Tales of the Abyss for those who don't know.

All tales games were not done by the same company, this game in example was done by Team Symphonia the other games that were done by Team Symphonia are obviously the symphonia games and ToA, Team Destiny did pretty much all the others except for ones like Tales of Innocence and the ToTW ones

I know in ToA it was a 2nd-playthrough bonus Hi-Ougi, so if it hasn't been discovered as such so far as one (if they're even in the game) then that's seriously pretty retarded. Indignation has always been my favorite Hi-Ougi not to mention a staple in the series... Why leave it out of one of the best-looking Tales games is honestly beyond me.

I've got nothing against the Hi-Ougis they have here at all. They kick a hell of a lot of ass and look amazing. They kept a ton of other staples in the series though. Alot of the spells and techs, certain scenes in the game. Hell, Estelle's Hi-Ougi was taken directly from a previous Tales game, although which one escapes me atm. Although your point is good, it doesn't match up when you look at what they did with the game. It has all the makings of the previous games... besides Indignation.

From what you know about it now is all the info it has so far. Namco said in their recent confrence that a new tales game for wii will be released sometime 2009 and will be a main series title. But right now they are mainly focused on Tales of Herts for DS and TOW: RM2 both said to come out in Japan this December. So i'm guessing they aren't going to say a lot about it till those games are released XP
