  • I don't bash just to bash, I'm a power lifter not a bodybuilder, and this is just and ego lift plain and simple for the most part. Yeah I'm sure the dudes strong enough, but honestly, gyms are full of young guys with egos bigger than their biceps who can pile a bunch of weight on a machine of some type and do partial reps. Leg press is the most abused as it offers the most leverage and least distance traveled. No I won't post any of mine.

  • Is there a way to get rid of strech marks? I lost 75 pounds of fat and put on 20 pounds of muscle. I got major stretch marks on my stomach and biceps.

  • @JnFxForSho yeah, that shake comes from recruiting muscle fibers that haven't previously been used. if you do a heavy weight or try something new you normally get a good shake from it!

  • @Chumalicious777 from protein shakes I get about 64 grams a day if I'm maintaining. It helps my appetite. As far as trying to gain weight I'd probably double it. I don't know on top of my head how much I get in on normal foods.

  • @arajput23 SQUATS all the way. In my opinion, nothing beats free weights. But leg press would be a good alternative if say you had lower back ailments or don't have the resources to do barbell back squats.

  • @ktonlai past 90 will only shift some load from thighs to ass and hams. look at his leg position, all the weight is on his quads. going past 90 degrees will only snap some shit up

  • Looking at the video for the first time it looked like he was doing partial reps, but after looking it over again, I can see his knees bend at almost a 90 degree angle pretty full range of motion. I removed my previous comment asking Hanh about his take on partial reps vs. full range of motion reps and if super heavy partial reps build more mass than regular heavy full range of motion reps.
