for real , that never happened to me and I was carrying twins. I ate lots of veggies, exercised daily, drank lots of water and my entire pregnacy was fine. Absolutely no prenates vits by choice. Besides there has been an unexplained number of children who are now being diagnosed with eczema and autism, maybe there is some connection idk.

It's most likely because nobody really wants to be told how to live there life.
plus they may snitch to cas, many reasons i can think of.
