Man, just eat small meals 6 times a day by the clock add water cardio lift weights and patience and you will do all you wish. there is no other way. if you want i will send you the program that ripped me up in a year.

Breads out and potatoes If I go all RAW so,im thinking of going 80% RAW,and get there more gradually. It`s a big jump from beer and pizza to 100% RAW....lol.

I think raw food is the way to go, if you can not eat it raw then it should not really be in our diet.
Fish is good I love salmon sashimi with fuck loads of wasabe, but I would forget about those pills and try to find the nutrients you need from the foods you eat.
