  • The ghost town part makes sense...well...vaguely. Maybe he's referring to the abandonment of the Nicaraguan canal plans. The Panama Canal was originally going to be placed in Nicaragua...

  • San Juan Del Sur's beauty goes far beyond the beaches that are commonly promoted on tourism advertisments. San Juan is really a place where the eyes have to see in order to absorb its total beauty.

  • SJDS was on the decline? in danger of becoming a ghost town? From what cave this guy came out? , ...some people with no scrupulous minds would say anything to promote their business, SJDS has always been a lively town and a well visited tourist destination.

  • ghost town? never was a ghost town San Juan Del Sur always was a very visited town not only visited by tourist but it was a vacation destination for all Nicaraguan people also...I remember when i was a kid me and my family used to visit san juan del sur for summer vacations and always was full of people....VIVA NICARAGUA
