@luustxo I am a 'Whovian', but that doesn't mean I'll automatically like everything that the show produces. Series 5 and series 6 have been truly terrible, with awful scriptwriting and storylines. The show is now a shadow of its former self.

@ironhidewatson This may be one reason why, even though Tennant was my favorite, I definitely love his new regeneration, and the new accompanying Doctor's theme. It, like the Doctor himself now, does not express an old, old being trying to come to terms with being the last of his kind. It's a dark, fantastic theme that gets you ready to just go ahead and jump into the next adventure. Exactly like #11. This old loss of his is mostly gone now.

I like the new Doctor's theme, but this one shouldn't have been tossed out just because it was RTDs.

The new one is great for action scenes, but for me, this theme truly captured the idea of the Doctor being the Last of the Time Lords.

Don't despair about changes in Doctor Who. It comes with the territory. Just remember, the Doctor is ALWAYS the Doctor. It just that different parts of him are emphasized in every regeneration. Who's to say that the next Doctor and companion won't be the best yet.

Steven Moffat is in charge now and he loves this show more than you do, so be prepared for greatness.
