And heaven is the most wonderful place eva! So I believe that yes, pets do go to heaven, for God knows that we love them. After all, i'm pretty sure pets are angels in disguise. I think you'll find, if you really start to think about it, that your concept of "god" is for lack of a better word "evil." Your "god" thing sends people to "hell" for punishment, but If he really believes that is "justice," then he could just not make people or not make the people who he knows will choose what he finds wrong and save them from eternal to torture. But instead he would rather torture people. I would personally destroy a being like this if I could.

Genesis describes how God breathes a Spirit also in animals, and a spirit by definition does not cease to exist, even when the body dies. Animals indeed cannot turn away from God because they do not have the same level of free will as humans, therefore they will not go to hell. But ultimately there is no other place to go except hell or heaven, which means all animals will go to heaven when they die. There are many hints for this in the sciptures as well, but it is not talked about in detail

that is not a critera to get into heaven -- lets say you best friend or faimily didn't get into heaven.
