@garrie1969 Use Windows XP OS and you might have luck as I'm. I've tried all platforms like VIsta, Windows 2000 and Windows 7. But Windows XP with ilink works.

You will not get a fisheye for $100. You can get a converter lens for that much from china, but it will not be great. Proper fisheyes like century optics cost a lot more.

Can you adjust the frame rate this camera records at? For slow motion purposes?

U can not adjust framerate. This camera records at 25fps in PAL and 30fps in NTSC version. However, there is a slow motion mode, during which the camera records 3 seconds in 100fps which gives u 12 seconds of slow motion footage. I must add that u need a lot of light and the image is a bit blurred during slo-mo, because this is not a dedicated slow motion camera. But this mode is very useful. If u have any more questions, please feel free to ask :)

I use adobe premiere cs3 pro and after effects cs3 pro. I use some additional video plugins too. I recommend that you use HDMI video capture card which can be found for 200 dollars in order to get the best quality. HDV + firewire = great loss of quality and much blurring.

HC7 is great too.

We all need blu ray or hd dvd recorders :) However, u can use NERO 7 or 8 and store your HD file in AVCHD format (same format that SONY HD Hard Disk camcorders use) and watch it on any standard definition or high definition dvd player.

I export mpeg-4 320x240 or 400x300 25 fps progressive, or windows media video (wmv) 320x240 or 400x300 25 fps progressive with windows media 10 advanced profile codec. U need to experiment with quality settings, or vbr, ot sonstant bitrate.

Oh I'm more glad you liked my song than my video :) It was all created digitally. I used a lot of instrument samples (flute, violins, percussions), some pure synthetic sounds, and of course a software sequencer. I did not have time to master that song (enhance its sound). I will do that in time.

im curious to know. how much video quality loss did this video lose after uploading to youtube.. as i am looking for a video camera that can keep up with semi fast moving objects, aka motorbikes

If u upload to youtube u loose probably 10 or more times compared to original HD video in both size and quality. But it doesnt matter for motion if u export video at 25 frames per second for pal or 30 for ntsc - lower fields first for smoother motion or progressive for film-like motion. So it is not camera's fault for quality loss. Every camera records at 25 or 30 fps. I shot motorbikes without any problem. Uploaded to youtube and checked it. It was OK.

ajde super, sad sam ti subscriber pa ću pratit šta stvaraš ;) nego gle -ti si osoba sa kamerom od 1400€ pa imam feeling da bi mi mogo preporučit neku solidnu kameru za mene samo da nije miniDV jer predugo traje to prebacivanje materijala sa kazete na komp. Dali su ove HD kamere dobre šta su sada na tržištu ili ima nešto bolje? ..meni ti kamera treba za isto što i tebi, snimanje i izrada solidnih 'nazovimo ih' filmova

You mean a shot of a girl after the clouds shot? I just slow down the video and turn off frame blending in premiere. U can try with frame blending on too. Hope this helps :) Rate it if it is not a problem ;)
