Easier way:

1)Turn off your iProduct.

2) Unplug the iPoduct.

3)Hold the "HOME" button.

4)Plug in the USB.

5)iTunes will pop up telling you that you have to restore. done :)

OMG whenever i try to put it in DFU mode no matter WHAT TUTORIAL IT IS, i turn it off, hold power and home at same time, and then the apple logo comes up and my ipod boots up again.
