I'm tired of saying this but...duh...

N95,N82,N93 <--THEY HAVE 3D ACCELERATOR CHIPS

(the rest(INCLUDING N96,N97))<---THEY DON'T HAVE 3D ACCELERATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's why N96 is "faster" than N95,because it has LESS graphics to process T_T

So N95 IT'S A LOT BETTER THAN N96 AND N97!!!

Of course,if you want a touch screen...go for the N97.

N96 it's just a useless phone...

OH,and...N95 IS louder.N93 is dealing the best graphics out of those tho...

that's not correct! I mean you activated some graphics effect for N96 to look like this the menu.But the N95 doesn't have something like that.And this can be the reason why n96 is a little bit laggy. And some people says about the games on N96 are slowly.But this because they tested with special n95 game. Best way about the games is to try with a NGAGE game, trust me;)

I tell you mate. :) If you want the best phone from Nokia and want it right now, then you should buy Nokia N95 8GB. It is still the best phone. But if you want, you may wait a while for Nokia N97 32GB. It's gonna be very good. :) So take the one you likes.

At least I tell you, don't buy N96 16GB, you'll be sad about it :)

Sorry, I didn't have much info about N97 before, I thought it was going to be just a redone, stripped down 5800, after reading more about it, I agree with you, that phone DOES look impressive, though it's quite large in size, technologically it has pretty much everything N95 has, except for the infra red. +32GB!!!

Though like I said it's BIG and thick and I don't like the keyboard, I'd have preferred it if was thinner, shorter with an on screen keyboard, if N98 is going to be that, I'll get it!

look..let me tell you something...the nokia n95 8gb was only made for high performance, but the nokia n96 for music, and better design (they tryed to make a phone which looks better than the n95 but still has the "same" system performance that's why the n95 is faster but w8 some months and then you'll see that they're gonna put a nice update and make them both to run smooth)

Wlan scan was disabled, and the N96 was already updated to v11.x.

Since then I upgraded my phone to v12.035, and comparing to this video, the phone it NOT faster... however v12.035 seems smoother

I Have the N95 and the have had for a week the N96. I thought the N96 was going to be a lot better than the N95 4GB but it is mostly the same. The screen is a touch bigger but nothing to jump up and down about. The Video quality on them both is the same, the image quality is the same. I don't regret buying the N96 but realized it was a daft move to have made when my faithful Nokia n95 does it all already!!!. Hope this helps. Nice to hear other peoples views!!

For people who are looking into the N95: Make sure to get the NAM/N95-3 version of the phone, since it has all the hardware/firmware updates of the 8gb version(bigger battery, double RAM, white backlight, demand paging, etc.) while retaining the original specs of the N95(2.6 screen, memory card expansion, color). I mean, this is if you don't want to get the 8gb version.
