There is nothing wrong with this at any age; you'll even hear best friends talking about marrying their children to each other if one family has a boy and the other has a girl before they are even born, but in islam, the final decision is between the betrothed, not the families. The female can refuse if she so wishes.

@peterpedant 2. There are so many debates as to Aisha's true age, but most proofs point to her being at least 12-19 when she actually married the prophet, pbuh. In that time, it was common to omit the first number when mentioning something if it was commonly understood what they meant. So without contradicting the hadith and further proofs, it is most probable that Aisha was 16 when she got engaged and 19 when she joined the prophet's house.

4. 20% went to the cause of Allah, the prophet, his relatives, the orphans, the needy, and the traveler far from home, not just the prophet, pbuh. And this was the product of war, not stolen property.
5. The woman from Ghamin, knew the punishment for adultery before she confessed. Her wish was to be absolved from her sin.

@peterpedant I have not denied any legitimate historians or contradicted the hadith in any way. Your bukhari 7/52/270 is an incorrect translation. The share for Allah swt is set aside similarly to the way it is done in churches. Your Bukhari 5/59/512 is also defective. The warriors were killed, not all the men.

And no, you can't collectively punish half of 1.5 billion for the actions of a handful, and ideas that represent extremely few muslims. The women and children were taken captive, many became wives and hence free. The Banu qurayza tribe broke a treaty with the muslims and joined a pagan offensive.

If Banu Quraiza were in fact treacherous, Muhammad and his Islam would have been buried in those trenches they dug (with spades loaned by B quraiza btw) That did not happen and Muhammad’s fellow warriors did not feel any need to carry on. All that changed because Muhammad intervened with the aid of his altered egos. This proves the alleged treachery is nothing but a made up excuse and pretext Muslims used to justify genocide.

And Allah is full of strength, able to enforce his will. And those of the people of Al-Kitab who aided them Allah did take them down from their strongholds and cast terror into their hearts, so that some you slew, and some you made prisoners."

Furthermore, the sahih hadiths say that the prophet had laid down his arms when Jibreel ordered him to continue to fight Bukhari 5/59/443 and Muslim 19/4370. Once more, you cannot use unauthentic tales from a distrusted transmitter as your only source of proof. Get out of the Sirat if you want to have any credibility.

Sahih Bukhari V8B73N151 : I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah's Apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for 'Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fateh-al-Bari page 143, Vol.13)

Sahih Muslim Book 008, Number 3311 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her.
Did you hear that? Her dolls were still with her when he had sex with her aged 9. She was still a kid. And here you are trying to justify this creep. Unbelievable!

Those reports are MASS TRANSMITTED (mutawatir) if those reports are fabricated, then no hadith is valid.

Are you a SUNNI muslim? you need to act like it if you are, why do you reject the sunnah so easily the chains of narration regarding aishas age are VERY CLEAR that she was NINE years old at consummation.
It only became an issue in the early 1900s when maulana ali (a qadiani) projected a theory that she might not be because he was ashamed of the incident.
