I don't know any liberals or anyone else for that matter that say that Islamic terrorists aren't a threat. They just say that we shouldn't go to war on a tactic. Also considering that the RAND corporation conducted a study on how terrorist groups end and revealed that only 7% of the time military force was successful in ending them, I think they may be right. Terrorist groups are more likely to go away after achieving their goals (10%) then be defeated by military force (7%).

I don't know any liberals or anyone else for that matter that say that Islamic terrorists aren't a threat. They just say that we shouldn't go to war on a tactic. Also considering that the RAND corporation conducted a study on how terrorist groups end and revealed that only 7% of the time military force was successful in ending them, I think they may be right. Terrorist groups are more likely to go away after achieving their goals (10%) then be defeated by military force (7%).
