hey ashfoot, how warm/cool are these shoes? I'm looking to find a street shoe for hot summer weather but I'm worried about how breathable/ventilated these might be. I know the weather is still chilly but hey maybe you still have gotten a feel for the temperature with em on vs boots or whatever. thanks for the vid!

@Terahbith Well, I can tell you that in the short time I went from my house to the nearest ATM in 38 degree weather, my feet were pretty cold and I could feel the air go through them. In the summer they might be a bit hot due to them being black and all.

Meh, no offense, but I'm not crazy about the style. They don't look very feminine. I wish they made something more skate looking with a high top for womens, like their Kicker shoes. So hard to find cute shoes/boots that are safe and durable for riding but you can wear all day and not look like a dork.

@MonicaRidesMoto ya, I understand. Not every female is going to like these shoes. Who knows, maybe they'll make another pair next year that look like their Kickers for females! I like basketball and skate shoes and have been known for wearing my skate shoes while riding :/

speaking of laces... i did have a shoelace loop manage to loop around the shifter before. it was a bit freaky. i pulled over to try and fix it, but i cant put that foot down haha. also i can just lean over to unhook it as id then fall that direction. finally i got my weight shifted over way to the right, so that i could lean down low enough to fix it. sounds silly im sure, but it sucked. it all workd out fine. from then on i tucked my laces in #LOL

i use 8 inch steel toe leather work boots. ankle support and crash type protection plus i work on cars all day... so it works out good.
