Man this is by far the best collection of random NPCs ever. I remember just sitting around listening to them talk when one of them started making jokes about the others mom. I was like "Oh that's mean!" so I dropped down, beat that one inmate up and flew away. How many games you know just makes you want to spare inmates?

There is a part in the game where your looking for Nora. So when you go up to the front door of the building Nora is being held in and knock on it. One of the inmates opens the lil eye slide door to see who it is. So when he sees it is Batman his reaction is just absolutely hilarious! If you could put that on youtube that would be a great laugh for everyone.  I'de much appreciate it, cuz I could watch it everyday just to laugh.

Haha, the guy does Joker's voice perfectly, but inexplicably gives him an English accent. I wonder if that was Mark Hamill voicing someone imitating himself and just trying to make it sound "imperfect"?
