I meditated while listening to this, only for a short while but I felt the same feeling I get when looking at colours, I couldn't see colours in my eyes or exactly my brain but I could feel the same feeling I get from looking at them, so nice and peaceful =]
@romka4567 Sounds like you are opening up to possession by spirits, perhaps some demonic if you are experiencing sleep paraylsis. I would repent and ask God for protection if this is happening against your will.
@MediaLiesTV Hey ye i got like 3-5 of them already from what i remember. They come through the sleep paralyses natural for me :/. But now i am exercising more and swimming about 40-60 laps daily and running 3-4 miles. Trying to meditate but i get distracted lol. Every time i try to meditate everything will be black flatness and the black expands like a hall of some kind or library of thoughts as it seems to me. I would keep breathing and feel voices inside of me but like myself talking to me not hallucinations. Just meaningful thoughts. I try again but i am distracted. I get sleep paralyses through times which in turn gives me lucid dreaming. But damn it i get scared. Because at times i would feel vibrations and intenserushingofwhirlwindthroughoutmybody
@romka4567 Sounds like you are on the verge of having an out of the body experience. If you can get passed the vibrations, then you may actually achieve one. I can only hope to one day experience one.

@danipusur because a friend told me that as you get closer to the astral you start to hallucinate and hear things..i don't know if you've experienced that before..all am saying is the astral is your mind and you have to learn to protect your mind during astral projection..I never said it was dangerous to astral project. Anyone can do it. Don't let me discourage you. When you get scared protect your mind and surround yourself with that energy i told you. Do it constantly and you'll be fine
@danipusur I'm still practising astral projection. I don't have any specific technique per se and still been trying to get myself to relax. I've only experienced deep relaxation twice during my practises and my heart pounded so loud and fast and my whole body was hot and shaking my irrational fears stopped me and those times ive always been at home but at uni i find it hard to be able to relax that much it's pretty annoying and my right arm goes numb and starts to hurt and it wakes me up.
@danipusur anyway i wonder if you experience the same things with tingling sensations esp with my right hand..one of the occasions when i experienced the deep relaxation i always feel like there;s electricity going through it or that it's being pinched by something and it got transferred all over my body and really really hot! Well i don't know how you manage to get so relaxed and fall into sleep paralysis. Might be your sleeping patterns maybe. Just take care and protect yourself :) good luck

I think it's intriguing! also my back gets super hot as well, almost like it's getting ready to push my astral self forward. My third eye also responds by going crazy, so it's kind of an anticlimax when i don't leave my body. I know am capable of AP-ing but maybe just need to keep pushing and trusting myself. @romka4567 dissipating and falling harmlessly away. This will leave your normal aura behind. During meditation try to have your feet on the ground as this helps to ground you. And practise aligning all your chakras using gemstones and constant meditation on each of them. To clear them imagine them spinning very fast at once like bright tornadoes. Anytime you feel scared surround yourself with white gold energy and try to relax. Also it will be good to do breathing exercises before meditation.

I think people naturally want to move their physical eyes to their third eye, instead keep your physical eyes straight forward and relaxed!! then move your awareness 2 the center of your forhead.
Simply quiet the mind. Once you've "transcended" your thoughts you have removed a filter and permits awareness to begin expanding. Also I forgot to mention that I have already had hallucinations in the past, unrelated to meditation. Do you think that diving into the third eye without base chakra practice might increase/intensify hallucinations? I have them quite often and it would suck to have it even more terrifying than usual.
This was definitely helpful. I wonder though... if you don't have a strong foundation in the lower chakras, how would that affect you if you were to open your third eye? I imagine it would be like a submergence in 'the unknown', where you would sink deeper and deeper into other states of consciousness. Would it overwhelm?

Question.. I think i was tapping into my third eye, because I felt the pressure in the middle of my head after like 15 min but when that happened I also felt more focus it was cool.. I felt like I could of went on for another hour that's how focused I felt.. But didn't get any headache of that sort. Is that okay or am I supposed to feel that too?
i love meditation but its hard to find good music that last longer then 3-5 minutes. If you know of any albums for meditation that have songs that are at least 10-15 minutes or of one that is an hours please email me.
At the end of this meditation i rub my palms together and then lay them over my eyes, and all ways i see alot of white dots like stars, its as if i am in a night sky or space looking at all these start surrounded by darkness. Is this normal?

Every time i try to meditate everything will be black flatness and the black expands like a hall of some kind or library of thoughts as it seems to me. I would keep breathing and feel voices inside of me but like myself talking to me not hallucinations. Just meaningful thoughts. I try again but i am distracted. I get sleep paralyses through times which in turn gives me lucid dreaming. But damn it i get scared. Because at times i would feel vibrations and intenserushingofwhirlwindthroughoutmybody

@danipusur because a friend told me that as you get closer to the astral you start to hallucinate and hear things..i don't know if you've experienced that before..all am saying is the astral is your mind and you have to learn to protect your mind during astral projection..I never said it was dangerous to astral project. @danipusur I'm still practising astral projection. I don't have any specific technique per se and still been trying to get myself to relax. I've only experienced deep relaxation twice during my practises and my heart pounded so loud and fast and my whole body was hot and shaking my irrational fears stopped me and those times ive always been at home but at uni i find it hard to be able to relax that much it's pretty annoying and my right arm goes numb and starts to hurt and it wakes me up.

@danipusur anyway i wonder if you experience the same things with tingling sensations esp with my right hand..one of the occasions when i experienced the deep relaxation i always feel like there;s electricity going through it or that it's being pinched by something and it got transferred all over my body and really really hot! @romka4567 dissipating and falling harmlessly away. This will leave your normal aura behind. During meditation try to have your feet on the ground as this helps to ground you. And practise aligning all your chakras using gemstones and constant meditation on each of them. To clear them imagine them spinning very fast at once like bright tornadoes. Anytime you feel scared surround yourself with white gold energy and try to relax. Also it will be good to do breathing exercises before meditation.

Meditation is listening and praying is talking to God. One needs to do both. We all love to talk but never listen. When you meditate, you are going inwards, for God is within and the answers you seek come from within after connecting with the divine force of God. God is not some bearded guy sitting on a throne in the sky, wake up, its mankind's limited perspective of God. Jesus meditated and many forms of Christianity accepts meditation of some kind or the other. Pray and also listen (meditate).

@kingneddy We are Masters of our lifes, like a god. These "lights" are our generators. We would not be able to operate without these generators. Theres too much stuff you don't know, so don't speak based on your ignorance, especially since all this stuff has been mentioned by ancient people and so many geniuses know about this up to this date. please be clear since the ajna is not the same thing as the third eye, though they are closely related. The ajna or observer resides outside the forehead, in front of the head. The third eye chakra is within the head. I see this misunderstanding overlooked often. blessings...

@kingneddy i wouldn't go that far, but i do believe that sound has an effect on the brain where the brain tries to match up with incoming sensory input, it's not worth totally ruling something out because of a possible misinterpretation of what's really going on.. i was just curious what this was cause i saw it on a post in a forum i visit often, what's your reason for being here?

I have a problem. When I meditate, I get a headache, and I don't even focus on that chakra. I see dark- colored swirls too.

When I meditate on the 3rd Eye I feel this strange sensation in the middle of my forehead. It's pretty strong, kind of painful but not painful at the same time. It's like someone was ramming a needle into my forehead, pretty uncomfortable. The more focused I am the stronger the pressure is. Have you experienced it? What is it?

Question.. I think i was tapping into my third eye, because I felt the pressure in the middle of my head after like 15 min but when that happened I also felt more focus it was cool.. I felt like I could of went on for another hour that's how focused I felt.. But didn't get any headache of that sort. Is that okay or am I supposed to feel that too?

At the end of this meditation i rub my palms together and then lay them over my eyes, and all ways i see alot of white dots like stars, its as if i am in a night sky or space looking at all these start surrounded by darkness. Is this normal?
