I made this yesterday for a group of friends and they all absolutely loved it! The only thing I changed is that I replaced the flour with corn starch to make it gluten free for my gluten-intolerant roommate. Thanks for the awesome recipe!
@runnyrunny999 I watch a lot of cooking shows and look closely how they edit. That helps me lot to find new ways to make the videos look interesting. Thanks, buddy!
@biarnylr If you want to make it, you should find cheese curds like Bothwell brand. There's a certain gravy that the original had as well, but I like any homemade gravy. It's also awesome with meat on top, like pulled pork or shredded brisket. There's a bbq place in Saskatoon that makes their poutine with smoked mozzarella. It's unreal.
heinz ketchup, or tapatio sauce, but as a kid: salted fries dipped in a creamy milkshake (any flavor!) the hot, salty, sweet, and cool was heaven to me as a kid!still love it on occaision!
I think you've combined all the ingredients that my kids are crazy about! whoo hoo! Good for after a day of skiing! I like fries and ketchup mixed with black pepper... Thx from BC!
I make sweet potato fries in the oven, they aren't as crispy buyt they aren't as fatty too so it can help someone who doesn't want that much fat. I will try your reciep soon :)
@getoutofmyband Hey! Great to see you here! Thanks for watching. I've done a vegan version too with chickpea fries and that daiya cheese. Didn't turn out too bad, but I like real cheese.
@BusanKevin When I was in Ottawa, I remember going on a poutine quest. lol. I ended up at this dive diner near Byward and having an awesome plate of poutine topped with a pile of smoked meat.
woo... you stole my national dish how dare you... im gonna try this i love goat cheese and miso.. this poutine gets the seal of aproval from Quebec city :-)
Freaking amazing. And you actually pronounce it right!!

What a great recipe - I love that miso gray! I used to love Mcdonald's french fries dipped in a vanilla shake, but I haven't had that in years :)
AsianCookingmadeEasy 1 month ago
@AsianCookingmadeEasy miso gravy is quicker to make than instant gravy. I liked to dip my fries in my sundae too, lol.
