I think neither his minions don't exist they're just followers because no one can show him how to parallel park and he will allow to follow but, not gain minion status until the legendary power of one whom takes him to practice parallel parks and the license is bestowed then the minions in El Caminos shall come and all will be right. Sounds like an 80's action/ scifi movie.
