How i got rid of Annoying popUP? At 2:10 i was unable to save the Gif Annoying POPUP: Unable to finish the GIF Optimization process. At 2:29 click 'Optimize' above the gif image on left A new tool bar 'Preset' appears Click on the bar ''Show/hide the Optimize Panel'' on the pOPUP click on 'Local Palette"'' tick mark or click 'Preserve Local Palette'' and you are done.
