I am using BVE2 and when I load this route, the screen stays grey and still rendering the structure, do you have an idea why , Oor how to proceed to load the route ?

If load very long time but still no respond, its because your computer doesn't powerful to run this route. The objects in this route a quite many so it need a fast computer to run.
