  • well done, next time through texas, come play that on my opus 1 organ!

  • LOL really..

  • I love this guy's arrangements.

  • Are you insane!?

This is amazing. Impossibly hard work for the composer to do... I'm green with envy. The way he plays with his legs is just so professional! I'm having trouble hitting notes clearly - this guy just runs on the pedalboard.

  • @bladerizer Totally agree. I wish the camera could record the movements of the left foot. It's really impressive

He is a fast cat actually

    S-W-E-E-T !!!! Well done.

  • what type of organ is that?

  • Conn 650

    Great Playing =]

    James

  • I was tapping my foot to the rhythm, great work man! :)

  • i listened to it and this is a lot more stylish. i think nat king cole was just kinda showing off

his stuff. he really is a great musician but his version of this was not his best. i agree with where you're going but i think he was better because of his variance, style, dynamics, and honesty of his music. and i definitely think he was not put in the trunk by anyone

  • Great job, keep it up.

  • ...for sure man, you're reeeally good for that!!! I wish I could see you on BC3 Hammond, you should be among the best, too. Let the good times roll, laissons le bon temps passer, thank you from France, keep on with it, that's gorgeous!!

  • One of the the best organ players (if not the best) on YouTube. Thanks for the memories.

  • I am flattered, especially when there are really good players like Jelani Eddigton and Simon Gledhill on here, who blow me away by leaps and bounds. But it is all about having fun, and playing the organ is about as fun as it gets! Thank you very much. (Bows low...)

  • How much of this was improvised?

  • I improvised every bit of it. The organ played me, not the other way around. Theatre organs are like that. That is what makes them great. More fun than a barrel of monkies!

  • OMG love how you can hear the key clicking and the hiss of thr air going over the reeds.

  • Thanks much for commenting. The keys are clicking because they are worn and the hiss is actually an air purifier near the console. This instrument is solid state. Vintage discreet transistors all the way.

  • Again, excellent. Nothing like good ole organ music. Love it! I repair organs in southern Oregon and northern Calif. I would update the speakers. Speaker technology has taken a few quantum leaps since those days. Nice organ. I have owned a few Conns. Well made organs.

  • Thank you much for listening and commenting. I have always considered Conn to be top dog in the home organ market. I just wish I had room for the speakers she really wants and needs. And the money to buy them!

  • I would give up both my eyebrows to play like you! Great stuff!

  • Thanks very much. I am honored!

  • Way to go brother. Keep 'em comin' That Conn sound well...I mean..WOW

  • I took lessons on a Conn years and years ago, This one's a beauty! You really make it yodel! I really admire your style and skill of improvisation. I keep falling all of myself whenever I try it.

  • Very nice Bone Doctor. Get a couple of external speakers for that 650 and you will blow the windows out of your house. :-)

  • Great :D

  • I'm blown away. Seriously, that was pure gold! That is an incredible instrument played by an incredible person. =)
