This phrase is hilarious and should be repeated every time some one 'asks' for something (joking-insert tongue in cheek, but not really). It should be repeated often and to everyone. 'No' is a powerful word.

When it comes to kids that are always like "I want this!", "I want that!" or even so much as throwing a temper tantrum when they don't get what they want, parents should say this line to them.

Whenever I watch either Willy Wonka movie, I joke about how cool it would be if Mr. Salt saying that.
