i would love to have ralph nader in office as our president but once he gets in office they will cast him as the bad guy and harass him in the media. the media will blame everything on him just like they did with the 2000 election. We as americans need to vote in local, state, federal and national election NONE OF THE ABOVE, that will force the system to change and we will have all the power by stating our views in washington and voting more independents with good ideas.

I feel Nader is too honest & too straight of an arrow to be President. It is not that he can;t or he is not capable....He's just a bit more honest than those that go corrupt to get into office. I agree, marking something as spam just because you disagree with it is a form of censorship, albeit on just about the smallest scale there is. They probably did it because they're tired of hearing the same old line all the time about Nader being a "spoiler" candidate. A thumbs-down would do the trick.

I do think the third party movement needs to work harder to get lesser-of-two-evils voters involved, knowing that they want to vote strategically, like drawing more attention to local elections

It's sad to see that 3rd party candidates are beeing ignored by the mainstream media. Because of the two-party system in America, voters often feel that they have to choose between the lesser of two evils and the media advocates that fallacy by not allowing people to see their other options.

Also,I wish more candidates would visit and make speeches on university campuses, since students are often ignored as a voting block. Btw, that would also be a great way to catch the media's attention.

No, you don't have to be registered as Peace & Freedom to vote for Mr. Nader, just like you don't have to be registered as a Republican to vote for McCain or registered as a Democrat to vote for Obama.

Your registration does not dictate who you can or will vote for. You can vote for whomever you want regardless of how you are registered.

Some people chose to register without any party affiliation which is also perfectly acceptable.

Just be registered as a voter that is essential.

Every major media outlet is owned by corporations (Time Warner / GE etc) with vested interests, and those same corporations donate huge sums of cash (see: bribes) to BOTH parties, then lobby them for favors. BOTH PARTIES. That that tells me that those parties are the same.

He won't challenge those that give him his campaign contributions. If you were to look closely at the money that goes into both Mcain and Obama's campaigns, you will see what major corporations and banks give to each. Both are the same.
