How come no one has a go at them for taking over two thirds of the Congo (secound congo war) and systematically plundering it of resources whilst it throughs rebel gorups it's formed off the DRC gov troops and their militias? Secound their minimum age to join the military is 13. By supporting the Ugandans your hardly setting a good message.

You should be teaching them how to find iron ores frome the ground and how to extract oils from the many plants and trees, so that they can be used in blast furnace to melt the iron and other menoral, Teach them how to build houses with stones and bricks so that it can not be burnt down.

People are dying Of aids,hunger, poverty and civil war and you give more guns and Know how. Spending billions on war and strife.
I am afraid I am hard pressed to understand the logic as this is exactly the kind of program that will cause terrorism and extremism.
what they need is education,medicine and technology to help the people get out of that miserable condition.
