  • Jesus, this was actually made on May 1st amidst the Walk to Work protests.

  • How insensitive are the Americans? The military is terrorizing civilans in Uganda. We have a population protesting against the regime in power that is terrorized by the military! And what do the Americans do? Train the terrorists, whom they call allies. When will America learn to reach out to the people and not the corrupt, illegitimate, terrorist regimes of the 3rd world. How many of us must be killed by the military before Americans understand that they are training terrorists? Go home!

  • GO BACK TO SCHOOL WHIT MAN?? Uganda is not in central africa is deep EAST

  • Well, If you don't see the corruptness of this action.. I guess education failed.....O YES... forgot. It failed! US is just looking for people to die for there Bullshit! as an Ugandan I will do my best to Inform my people not to fall in this Trap. Dying for some one who will never care will care for you is just sad.

  • yes a yank sargeant training muslim ex idi amin monkeys!

Way to go uncle Sam!Do u also give peanuts and stroke their monkey heads when they do as u ask?

  • kabaka ronald mutebi, pastor robert kayanja, bishop eddie long....... i wonder what they have incommon?

  • First off they created most of those rebel groups did the Ugandans. How come no one has a go at them for taking over two thirds of the Congo (secound congo war) and systematically plundering it of resources whilst it throughs rebel gorups it's formed off the DRC gov troops and their militias? Secound their minimum age to join the military is 13. By supporting the Ugandans your hardly setting a good message.

  • Here we go again. More propaganda to save the world. Another excuse to spend my tax dollars. Fuck the world.

  • Ah yes, Is the old military imposition for exploitation of oil again.

  • before comments you must look at the whole painting.....do not under estimate

the power of a small but tight military in uganda if corruption is not an issue they will be there in the case of terrorism -gevakuma welele

  • Come on, you can do better than this, people are looking forward to your help, dont you see people like you, they want you to help them in their time of need.

  • Combat extremism and terrorism with military force??

People are dying Of aids, hunger, poverty and civil war and you give more guns and Know how. Spending billions on war and strife.

I am afraid I am hard pressed to understand the logic as this is exactly the kind of program that will cause terrorism and extremism.

what they need is education, medicine and technology to help the people get out of that miserable condition.

  • Wow, Now I understand why at G20 of 2009 we heard that Uganda was one of the countries to getting funding from Pres Obama! Woooooo! That now rings a bell! So AFRICOM is now operating in Uganda. By the way, oil has just been discovered in Uganda too! Wooooo! Oil in Iraq, soldiers in Iraq. Now Uganda has oil, and we see soldiers in Uganda! Woooo! Good job Uganda!

  • This is really stupid.

You should be teaching them how to find iron ores frome the ground and how to extract oils from the many plants and trees, so that they can be used in blast furnace to melt the iron and other menoral, Teach them how to build houses with stones and bricks so that it can not be burnt down.

War on teror, how does someone who knows how to grow cotton, but do not know how to convert the cotton into clothes going to fight war on terror?

  • you are stupid, i am the soldier being dragged out of the bunker, and i can tell you this...what we did for those soldiers and that country means so much more than picking cotton and making clothes. maybe you should take a deeper look into what you're making an international comment about before you make it, because those troops we trained immediately left for the war in somalia and the border war for THEIR COUNTRY in sudan. what we did for them means so much, you have no idea

  • Oh please come on, this is more of the same, neo colonialism, war on terror??? a dictator President in power 23yrs, killing his brothers in Northen Uganda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yet is a nice guy in your eyes, giving away his countries resources!!

Give them some used tractors to grow more food and used caterpillars to build roads, but of course that is not the intention! Arm them to kill each other and then control them!
