Endless you have kids ect.If Anyone wanting to know the cost my bathroom unit cost about $10000 usd has a waterproof tv preset tub levels and water temp that is link in the kitchen so you can start your bath water or bull crap on the intercom ect .

Why are all Japanese apartments the same? My current and previous apartment have exactly the same controls, size, and layout as yours. I get peeved when the old lady voice comes on in a high pitch every time I try to adjust the volume.
