BTW, if you use a calculator to see how many feather headdresses from 79-99 at a low level, you can have all you need by the time you reach level 79. Alternatively, you can use 3 spaces to buy coifs, and 3 spaces to buy different colors of hunter feathers in the Grand Exchange.

okay.. i comment this is the first craft vid to, but i comment it here to... if you train your craft to lvl 5 and got about 1-200k, then you can buy a ring mould and alot of gold bars. then go to al kharid (f2p) or another place near to a furnace, then craft the gold bars into gold rings. you will make a little profit, but i dont know how much xp pr/hr, but you should do this with a friend because it can be a little bit boring...

hey I noticed you didn't mention spinning flax into bowstrings. I know this is a very slow method of training, but it provides decent cash and I think it is a good method for lower levels. Seeing as you only need 10 crafting to do it, and you get 15 exp per bowstring, I thought it might be worth mentioning

It is quite weird, being able to buy 10K coifs/4 hrs.

i think that there is an exception at the limit when a item reached its lowest possible price :P.

And 4M feathers (enough for 79->98) takes ~1 month to buy :D.

At the feather headresses; did you say that you only could buy 100 feathers/4 hours ? Because you actually can buy 5K/4 hours. Also for the coifs, you can buy 10K/4 hours , instead of 100.

Btw, thank you very much for this videoguide, especially for the feather headresses-part. I got nearly 2M coloured/stripy feathers which is going to get me ~5M craft xp :D.

Flax is a common method of training that has both cons and pros. It's slow, but profitable.

Well since you're talking about making orbs, you could do them until 99 then charge them into air orbs (need 66 magic)

and get 99 magic with those orbs I'd do that if you buy the molten glass. It's good if you charge them if you make the glass also :).

So about the glass part, if you make molten glass with 3 gp profit each, then make into orbs with cost of 2,7 gp loss each, you make 0,3 gp. So for you who don't know, it's an incredible way to get 99 crafting. Still you only make around 433k profit to 99

hello, i have around 49/50 crafting, im currently trying to unlock the lower section of the lunar spellbook (lunar diplo quest), i have around 30k to spend since i recently spent a f***in ton on construction, the crafting i need is i think 61, oh and 1 more thing, i can't use the edgy forge, i decieded that gold ammys was a decent way, but i had a look on the map and it seems that i need to do the varrock achievment diary for it to be practical, should i stay with gold's or do somin different

You might want to get a lot of flax or something. That'll make a profit. Or try somethign like half flax and half bracelets. It's not as slow and you won't gain or lose any more. Just an idea.

If you check the Grand Exchange chart, the market price of a cut onyx is 2.7m. The uncut onyx is worth 2.6m at market price as well. Assuming people buy a cut at medium price and sell an uncut at medium price, I don't see how you wouldn't make money.

Hmm, I checked out the actual exact market price, and you're right; the uncut is worth less than the cut.

I don't want to try, but my guess is that an uncut gem would be easily purchased, and the cut would be unsellable.

If you look at the other unenchanted onyx items, such necklace, it would seem logical that you'd make a profit by buying a cut onyx and crafting a necklace. However, an unenchanted onyx necklace is unsellable.

For the onyx, did you add the fact that most people would sell the cut stone? Right now, if you cut the stone, you would actually make 20k-120k if you sell the cut stone after cutting.

All the calculations were made assuming the cut gem would be sold. Remember that the prices were different when the video was made.

I'm not quite sure how you'd earn money by cutting onyx right now, because the uncut gem is worth more than the cut gem.

I would recommend buying enough to cut, and then make bracelets out of. It may take a little longer, but you'll get a lot more xp for the cost.
