I am 18 and learning how to sign and I love this video its nice and slow and repeats words so you remember them and you wont forget, and it puts a little song in my head when I am signing! Thanks so much!
This is exactally what I was lookin for thank ya for puttin the words up for us My computer doesnt have any sound right now so I really need tah know the words. Thanks again for puttin them up there.
We love this video here. My daughter has some hearing loss due to trapt fluid in her ears, so she didn't start talking till after 2yrs old. We started learning some basic signs at 20months old, and found this video too. She loves it and its helped her to learn more. She still uses signs even though she's starting to pick up on more words now (almost 29months old now, and they put tubes in her ears at 22months old to keep the fluid out. I was told the hearing loss she has is permanent though)
am a left handed too but am trying to sign with the right one is hard to do it but i am trying as hard as i can but am not sure if you can do it with the left hand or not i'd like to know that too?
@krazzii143 You use your dominate hand when signing so you would use your left and some signs are opposite , but are the same sign. Hope this somewhat helps.
YOUR AMAZING, I'M 15 AND I BEEN TRYING TO FIND A VIDEO THAT IS VERY EASY TO LEARN AND SINCE MY BOYFRIEND IS DEAF AND I'M HEARING I AM GLAD I FOUND THIS AWESOME VIDEO!
You have an absolutely beautiful voice. I just enrolled in a college level ASL class and I am scrolling through videos to get familiar with some words before I start.
i'm watching switched at birth and i know how to say will, make out (giggles) and ago. it made me want to learn. so thanks for your videos. they made it easier to learn.
thanks for your help! i haqve a friend who signs and i wanted to learn, and i also want to teach my 2 yr old friend kyra. she's wanted to sign since she could talk. she would walk up to me on visits and say " teach me sign pease" but i didnt know how. so thank you : )
I was watching switched at birth with my friends the other night, and one kid was deaf (actually 2) and they did a lot of sign language. I picked up on some of it and it got me interrested
A person who embraces ASL as their primary language will be considered a member of the Deaf community. I find many deaf friends on a Deaf dating site ----Deafornot dot c om---- Good luck to them!!!
This is fantastic!! I got a new job and one one my co-worker is deaf so I though it will be nice to learn some basic words so I can talk with him. Thank you!
Thank you so much for uploading this! Theirs a few people at my church who I'm friends with that are deaf and I really want to learn sign language. Thank you so much!
im 15 and i want to be able to sign and speak spanish before i go to college in three years and these children videos help out so much!!!:) they should have sign language as a class you can take in highschool...
This is very helpful. Im 14 and teaching myself sign language and even though most videos im watching is meant for smaller kids this one is really helpful. And the whole say and repeat thing is also very helpful.
I'm 15 and trying to learn sign language, and even though these are made for younger children..I'm a begginer and honestly the whole repeating, and singing system is really effective for me! Thanks! I wish you would do more videos :)
Thank you for this! My daughter is 21 months and has a little speech delay and most of the time cannot verbalize what she needs or wants so I learned these signs and I'm hoping to be able to teach her so we can both communicate more effectively. We also bookmarked this video for future reference :D Thank you!
This may sound crazy but this is my favorite video on youtube right now. I'm learning asl on my own and I am teaching my 6 yr old as well. Thank you for doing this!
I Love this.. tomorrow I will show this to my two year old who loves the sign language alphabet already. She isn't def but she still loves it and so do I.
You're my hero! My son (who has been slow to sign) just watched this for the first time, and as it was playing, he did almost every sign with you, and only 2 of them were ones he already knew!
And when the video ended, he signed "More" which isn't one he knew before! You are amazing!!!
SWITCHED AT BIRTH! That;s why im here. Also,
If you turn off the sound it helps and takes it from their perspective

@MrsJesusfreakfosho the opposite, most sign language is done with your right hand, or of course both hands
