@Zombiesrule93 Not sure if I agree with you there dude. If the show was the same as the book I imagine I'd get bored with it after a while (Me being a fan of the graphic novels). I think it's pretty cool they have added stuff to the story as it keeps it fresh for me and on edge as I don't know what is going to happen while still sticking to Kirkman's original story.

Episode four of the show "Vatos" was a prime example of this :)

The thing with the covers of The Walking Dead was that they never really gave away what was going to happen in the issue and im most cases were very very misleading.

The cover you are refering to was a time when some of the survivor are having serious trouble.

i have the compendium volume 1 which has the 1st 8 volumes in it and now just bought volumes 9, 10, 11 and 12 to complete it, was gonna wait until the compendium 2 came out, but i just could not wait....this is the best graphic novel ive ever read! cant put it down!

its the 1st 48 issues which is 8 volumes if im right, so yeah, ive just bought 9, 10, 11 and 12.........and ill be getting 13 when it comes out! plus.....the tv show starts soon!

The Walking Dead comic began back in 2003 and it's definately worth getting hold of the graphic novels if you are a zombie movie fan.

I was raised on the original 3 Romero films so I was always going to like this lol

If you haven't already check out the trailer for the live action show (It's in my favourites). It's going to be great.
