There is a difference between Parkour and Free-Running, Parkour isn't on roofs and you just vault stuff and do tricks, free-running is doing crazy shit on roofs and doing backflips of walls! I do both but I like Free-running better!

@Toggaf10 Your kinda wrong, it has nothing to do with roofs...parkour can take you anywhere and its about efficient movement which means you don't do tricks. Free running is about the showy stuff like flips and tricks.
