I love both characters but I can tell X won due to bad AI. The KOS-MOS moveset was far more versatile, vast and boasted more and superior animations. X's moveset seemed half done by comparison and lacked the damage and priority it should have had. Also a bit disappointed X was missing ALL his true armors. But still awesome fight none the less.

Moreso once the other games in the MMX series like MHX began making the meaning behind the X more important and his limitless potential. Not to mention besides Fight X! it's the only "theme" that includes his name and it has showed in other games in the series (part of X5 Opening, X6 remix) so it must have some importance, right?

That's not to say Central Highway isn't awesome, because that would be a lie.

@Angelzvx I'm guessing it was because for a lot of youth, the PS1 was their first system and they skipped the SNES. Making X4 one of the most nostalgic of the titles. It's a wonderful track~ I actually love it very much, I can hear it in my head now. However the first MMX~ when doubters who first did not know how to accept this newcomer to the beloved Megaman series heard this song, a new series was born. It is the anthem of X as we know it, heralding a new age of Blue Bomber.

I really like the sprites, like the X, Cloud, and Chrono one, even the action. But not necessarily in a fighting game. Like the rpg people in action rpgs and megaman X in an MMX game but with the ability to attack, X could use some Melee like that heel kick and stuff. Link with the sprite made would be neat. I just like seeing these characters with these sprites and the way the actions are shown.

The graphics in X are 20 times the graphics from MegaMan 1-3 but around the time X4 came out MM7 came out and the graphics matched up. X became a collection game and MM was still an impossible platformer. They're great games and Megaman, even though he's a robot, is still one of the coolest characters that Capcom has cranked out, in my opinion.

@VAST56 My favorite Megaman game in the entire series is Megaman X3 without any doubts. I prefer the X series because of the added flavor of dashing, dash jumps, wall jumps, and charge shots as well as armor upgrades. You may enjoy the classic megaman games though, but they got really easy once the charge shot was introduced into the series.

Wow, a 22 second attack animation for 25% damage? The game looks really promising and all, but that is maybe the most obnoxious thing I've ever seen. Please keep super move animations at a reasonable level unless it's some rare, difficult to land instant kill move or something.

@saintdestroy That attack can only be done when the character is at an critical health level and can only performed once ( or twice) More over it is easily blocked but its deal ton of damage. It's called an crisis card attack.
