That was awesome! Me and my daughter were cheering him on, but when he picked up Iceland, I was thinking "There's no way is he gonna know how to pronounce "Reykjavik', he knows it, but can he SAY it?" And he totally nailed it! Good job Dad!

Does he speak any foreign languages? Any other subjects? Or has he just been indoctrinated in the one subject? All we see is robotic reactions.. I am always suspicious when I see something like this. Some kids (often Asian) are fantastic at playing instruments... then look behind the scenes as to how they got to be like that, and it's not nice. Let's hope this is something really genuine...

Thanks for the kind words. He is currently doing double digit addition in his head for example 22+34 or 17+62, he is learning how to play piano, he is reading on a 2nd grade level. He amazes us everyday, I'm running out of stuff to teach him. But thank you again for the comments, much appreciated.  By the way how did you find his clip, just curious how people are seeing it. Thank you and yes he does know the capital of Lithuania. It happens to be oneof his favorites. He knows all of Europe including the tough ones like Moldova, Bosnia & Herzegovnia, luxembourg etc. Aiden has since moved on and doesn't seem interested in countries anymore. He has been doing math, reading on a second grade level and telling time by reading a clock. He is loves music and is learning to play the piano along with playing golf and baseball.

You're welcome, I found the clip by search... I typed "Genius kids" and it was one of the most amazing... There is a kid playing pool, a kid that spells, and yours... which there is a little girl that does the same thing in another video... :)

Thanks for the compliment. He started at the age of 18 months and learned the states and capitals in 2 weeks and each continent took about 2 weeks as well. He pretty much knew everything y age 2. He has now moved on to cars where he can name any make and model of any car on the road today.

check out the clip from regis and kelly, there is tape over the names of the countries and he gets them correct everytime. You can place the country backwards with only the cardboard showing and he knows everytime

Hi there! I can't believe I've seen another kid do this...my son is 2 and a half and knows all these countries and capitals since he was 2 as well!! We have all the Geo Puzzles and he is obsessed with countries! I've never seen another kid do this and I'm delighted to see this on You Tube!!
